• Lead design projects such as managing operational expectations, project schedules and project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with relevant internal and external teams to fulfil and improve design solutions
• Join meeting with Lead Designer and client to receive briefing
• Decide project schedule with Lead Design to convince client
• Brainstorm/workshop with Designer to set Concept direction.
• Request for site survey
• Review of concept board, zoning layout, Design strategy
• Prepare workshop for Designer to update market trend and strategy
• Selective project to present concept depends on project value(client)
• Look into talent hiring and replacement
• Report to Senior Manager for project progression and closing
• Material specification, ironmongery, toiletries
• Contact suppliers to arrange for material review or sample request, admin will support.
• Responsible on 3D visual, typical detailing support in case of technical team are busy
• Translation of Design to visual and technical drawings are sole responsible of Concept Team.
• Client centric and result driven attitude
