• Lead and manage projects throughout the design development and construction phase.
• Work closely with Design Team, Operations Director and Operations Executives to establish project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate projects with government authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors, as well as internal departments to ensure that all information required for project planning and design is obtained.
• Quality and budgetary control.
• Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast critical problem (if any).
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.
• Familiar with contract administration, project management and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractor.
• Assist tenders submission, contractual claims and dispute resolution.
• Responsible for quality assurance and technical matters on our services work.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Following up Pre and Post Contract duties, subletting of domestic contracts.• High Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction / Engineering or related disciplines
• Preferably 03 - 06 years of experience in construction and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, method statements, standards, and building codes.
• Strong project management experience in multiple locations on retail, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Possesses excellent management skills with strong planning and organization abilities.
• Good site supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Familar with high rise building management
• Familar working with consultant, client on realestate sector
