Job Purpose
Assisting Head of Finance in all Finance stuff in branch

Key Accountabilities
• Overall, in charge of preparing Tax returns for both local Tax regulator as well as Head Office Tax
• Prepare SBV reports (quarterly/monthly/daily) and update logic for new reports from local reporting system
• Prepare HO reports and attend projects of Group finance and Management reports
• Perform AP for the branch; update FX rate, COF rate and prepare data Nostro balance/statement, suspense account reconciliation
• Support in yearly external audit/internal audit and Tax inspection
• Control Branch expenses and tracking budget performance
• Perform GLAO for Finance VN
• Ad-hoc support as request from line manager

Responsibilities
(1) Prepare payment for operating expense
• Ensure all payments are make accurately and timely
(2) Local reporting
• Ensure all the local regulatory reports submitted accurately and timely
(3) New local regulations
• Ensure all the changes/new on the regulations will be implemented on time (updated FPT system, updated mapping between Group and SBV requirements)
(4) Send report to local authority
• Ensure all required reports sent to local regulators timely
(5) Proper reconciliation for suspense account
• Ensure all the suspense accounts reconciled on time and accurately
(6) Support audit and Tax
• Ensure to audit report and annual CIT returns submitted on time
