About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive MICE Operations Coordinator to ensure flawless execution of all logistical and operational aspects of our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events. You will coordinate vehicle arrangements, contact center support, supplier management, and event logistics while upholding our company standards and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational standards and SOPs aligned with business needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and secure services within budget and company protocols
• Manage transportation, accommodation, catering, and event logistics
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Act as primary contact for clients, vendors, and attendees during events
• Manage event documentation, budgets, and communications with stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless event delivery and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Vocational Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in MICE or event coordination with proven track record
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and team player attitude
