RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL CAMPUS
● Maintain security provision, labor safety, property safety, construction safety, facilities safety, environmental safety, chemical safety, food safety, and fire prevention in accordance with the standards, regulations, guidelines of the school and according to the laws of Vietnam
● Supervise all operations (including all vendor activities) to ensure facilities and services meet quality and safety requirements
● Manage security and safety incidents occurring in the school and report them to the Operations Manager and School Board in a timely manner
● Maintain the school’s security equipment, fire alarm equipment, fire pump station and CCTV system to ensure they are always in good working order.
● Build the fire protection team, coordinate all departments and vendors in fire prevention activities; manage evacuation of visitors, students and staff where applicable, and coordinate with district fire protection services to prepare training and drills for all campus visitors including students
● Support other tasks assigned by Operations Manager

PLANNING, BUDGETING & REPORTING
● Manage relevant budgets such as facilities maintenance budget, security budget, firefighting training/ practicing budget etc
● Consult with leadership to develop policies and procedures for safety & security programs; firefighting programs and quality improvement programs across the school community
● Summarize and report security, safety, fire safety incidents or any quality affected problems occurring in the school and propose solutions for continuous improvement
● Develop and execute a warning program to alert leadership to any possible risks and make plans for risk management

TRAINING
● Supervise the quality and safety of all events taking place in school in collaboration with the relevant departments
● Plan all training and retraining to improve professional skills for employees and contractors regarding the safety and quality of school operations
