RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Recruitment
● Manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families;
● Advise new and visiting families on various aspects of the School, admissions guidelines, tuition fees and conduct instructive campus tours;
● Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable representative for the School, addressing inquiries and concerns from prospective families with professionalism, empathy, and discretion;
● Provide a high quality customer service to stakeholders, community members, prospective parents and visitors to the School;
● Oversee the organization of entrance exams, scheduling interviews, including liaison with appropriate Heads of Departments regarding the preparation and reporting of entrance assessments as needed.

Administration, Data Management and Reporting
● Oversee the logistics support to all admissions activities; ensure all School public areas related to admissions: entrance, welcome area, studios, meeting rooms are organized, clean, professional and welcoming;
● Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, timely processing and digitization of all admissions related information and materials into the Admissions Information System, including but not limited to documentation, assessments, notes, interest tracking and statistics;
● Systematically maintain and update applicant databases, information portals and hard copy files as needed;
● Monitor and provide the Admissions Manager with insights on families and market, assist in developing reports on enrollment trends, providing recommendations for strategic planning and resource allocation.

Cross-departmental collaborations
● Collaborate with other School departments, such as Enrollment and Communications, Head of School Office to carry out tasks related to Admissions-related events and promotions, family relationship development and communication facilitation, including but not limited to providing translation services and culturally sensitive guidance to ensure all families can actively participate in School-related activities;
● Be proactive in identifying early indicators of dissatisfaction amongst families, identifying any potential threats to our brand reputation, including but not limited to warning of online communities. Collaborate with the Communications team to implement measures to maintain and enhance the School brand reputation;
