Pre Sales:
- Pitch in Recruit-Train-Sales Model to top tier IT companies acquisition teams, IT associations etc.
- Work with HCA to reach out to market in all activities of Digital Transformation.
- Do a skill mapping of projects and align with offering.
- Making schedule for execution considering candidates, teachers and compliance framework.
- Make a project report of each cohort before the start of training.
Learning Management
1. The Programme Manager is responsible for managing and delivering EduCLaaS Blended Learning courses. This includes the following critical functions:
- Learning Delivery and Operations Management – Execute the EduCLaaS’ courses in accordance with its well-defined learning delivery, learning operations and learning technology policies and procedures in order to achieve best results in learner satisfaction.
- Resource Management – Build and grow a dynamic and talented team of faculty and learning management executives in line with business growth.
- Financial Management – Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes with time, budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyze the profitability of the programmes.
2. The programme manager must lead and manage his/her portfolio with strong attention to strategy and implementation.
Internship/Job Onboarding
- Works with stakeholder companies to onboard the candidates.
- Performance analysis of candidates with Company team and identify projects to be placed.
- Assist student and company for the journey during work study.
Requirements
- Degree with equivalent professional experience in education space, plus relevant postgraduate qualification.
- With at least 7 years of IT program management and talent management IT industry.
- Extensive experience in IT recruitment and Learning and Development
- Well versed in Education/University regulatory frameworks
- Good skills in Financial and Risk Management
- Excellent Business Acumen.
- Good understanding of Educational Technology and its implementation
