About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Team Leader with a strong background in React.js, or Vue.js to join our growing team. The successful candidate will form and lead a team of developers, guiding them through the development process to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using React.js or Vue.js
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively implement improvements.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React.js or Vue.js
• Experience with front-end and back-end development, including frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.
• Contribution to open-source projects or active involvement in the tech community.
