Duty & Responsibility:
1, Summary Customer order monitoring delivery schedule & stock situation.
2, Monitoring market. Make quotes for new models & quotes for products that are being mass produced periodically.
3, In charge of synthesizing documents to monitor customer reviews and annual IATF16949 audit every year.
4, Synthesize information for planning new project development.
5, Make periodic reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly to Manager, GM, GD.
6, Contact to find and meeting for negotiate new customers.
7, Response for Import or Export project internal group.

* Specific Skill requirements:
1, Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Japanese is preferred.
2, Excel and Power point skills to compile order statistics and make reports
3, Ability to present confidently
4, Open and sociable communication skills
5, Love the automobile and motorcycle industry and be eager to learn and explore.
