We are seeking Senior Graphic and Web Designers to join our creative team and elevate our design standards across UI/UX, product, and website design initiatives (70%). The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to drive innovation in both user experience and visual communication across digital products.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality visual solutions for Investor Relations and website projects, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and digital products.
• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all our tools and websites
• Drive the development and implementation of user-centered design processes
• Conduct user research, functionality testing, and gather feedback for improvement in the designs
• Conduct and analyze UX research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
• Develop and optimize design strategies for investor relations materials and communications
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the organization
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to ensure professional growth and consistency in design outputs.
