Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile development teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specs, process flows, and project updates.

- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Driven to grow in analytical thinking & problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
