JOB SUMMARY
- This role plays a crucial part in the Operations team and is primarily responsible for day-to-day
loyalty operations, specifically for partner-related services.
- As an operator, the person in charge needs to understand business strategies and partner
requirements, translate them into executable rules, perform system configuration and ensure
correct implementation. The role will work with various stakeholders including partners, internal
departments and overseas team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● On-board new earning and burning partners onto SkyJoy platform, in charge of product
listing and configuration.
● Participant in the integration process with partners, execute order testing, system setup
and post live monitoring.
● Assist partners’ inquiries or issues and provide timely support.
● Setup campaigns or promotions for SkyJoy program and partners.
● Be responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation with partners including generating
reports and following up with partners till confirmation is done.
● Handle escalations relating to partners from Customer Service, internal team and other
channels.
● Work collaboratively with vendors and other departments (Commercial, Finance, Data,
Product…) to troubleshoot problems of business and partners, propose solution and
prevention where available, offer the best experience to both partners and members
while ensuring business’s interest.
● Continuously reinforce the understanding of loyalty system and grasp new features to
adapt with new business initiatives. Participate in the process of testing and verifying new
releases.
● Continually strive for optimization, propose area of improvement where available.
● Follow up payment progress and documents with vendors.
● Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Bachelor's degree
● Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, partner/ customer service, product,
project management, preferably with experience in e-commerce or loyalty.
● Must have good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
from different backgrounds.
● Good command of written and spoken English to work with foreign vendors and overseas
team.
● Good at handling data, proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, SQL is an advantage.
● Be a problem-solver and a self-starter.
● Be cautious, meticulous and pay attention to details.
● Have ownership, can-do attitude and eagerness for learning.
● Commit to working ethic, can handle confidential information/ documents.
● Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, partner/ customer service, product,
project management, preferably with experience in e-commerce or loyalty.
