JOB SUMMARY:

A Program Rule Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer retention and engagement by creating and managing rules that incentivize and reward customer loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and customer-centric focus to ensure the program's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Provide strategic guidance to the company's Board of Directors regarding the operational framework of the SkyJoy program, including the construction roadmap and operating models for each specific period.
● Lead the research, development, and synthesis of guidelines, policies, and regulations pertaining to SkyJoy members, aligning them with the strategic goals and strategies of both the group and the member companies participating in the program during each period.
● Oversee the formulation of specific regulations for the utilization of the SkyJoy program as a loyalty program by member companies or strategic partners when they engage in the program.
● Develop service quality standards for the SkyJoy program and ensure the quality of services at various touchpoints.
● Create complementary product packages for SkyJoy and implement them after receiving approval from leadership at all levels.
● Establish a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the quality of program activities, continuously monitor actual results, and provide recommendations for changes as needed.
● Calculate the costs and assess the cost-effectiveness of all program policies and features related to member development and care. Evaluate the efficiency of investments and provide advice to the Board of Directors.
