• Lead a team of analysts and team coach to do AR follow.
• Prepare weekly aging reports, guide the AR team, and inform the Sales and Top Management
team how to reduce overdue and optimize collections.
• Monthly, prepare and reconcile VAT output and revenue recording in SAP.
• Maintain the Credit Limit Policy of the Company, follow credit limits in Sap, and make sure
the sales team works accordingly.
• Manage day-to-day activities with the AR team.
• Respond to clients on any process-related queries and manage 1st-level escalations.
• Finalize reconciliation at least quarterly with all customers.
• Manage Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Channel Customers' daily transactions and
solve problems efficiently.
• Having experience in FMSG business and especially Modern Trade business transactions and
advising sales and AR teams to design work processes.
• Daily connection with the Supply Chain team/Customer Service to solve any occurring
issues.
• Visit Customers if necessary to support the sales team in case of any financial problems.
• Be aware of the contract conditions of customers and advise the Budget team in case of any
variance with budgeted discounts versus actual.
• Having experience in commercial law and Tax Regulations of FMSG business transactions
with customers from delivery to collection to improve business processes.
• Manage relationships with External Auditors during annual statutory Audit.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
