Position Overview:
Quality Engineer driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conforming products, and Customer Complaints. Conduct hands-on components and Finish Goods evaluations, working with the design engineering and manufacturing teams, to ensure effective resolution of Internal/External Customer Complaints.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct Pre-Shipment Audits and In-Process Audits.
• Present audit results in meetings with the Sr. Manager, Quality at LEVOLOR.
• Complete Component and Finish Goods evaluations as required.
• Coordinates with R&D, Product Managers and manufacturing teams a proper diagnosis of problems and effective implementation and communication of fixes, preventing defects at the Manufacturing sites.
• Coordinates with Sourcing, Product Manager, R&D and the Manufacturing site any discrepancy resolution to the established specifications.
• Any other activity requiring related to Product Quality improvement.• Graduated in an engineering discipline related to Consumer Products Manufacturing
• Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Writing and listening)
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• This position requires at least four full working days at the Manufacturing site in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia.
• Experience in corrective actions.
• Process Audit experience
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups including suppliers and other LEVOLOR functions.
• Motivated by achievement, and persists until goals are reached, conveying a sense of urgency
• Microsoft literate
• ISO 9001, PPAP and Control Plan experience is preferred.
• Travel requirements: no more than 25%Thưởng
