Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in sewing machine threads for apparel, industrial, and vehicle applications. The candidate will manage the entire sales process from order receipt to delivery and invoicing, while also engaging in both route and new sales activities.

Responsibilities

Sales Administration:
Manage daily order receipt from existing customers.
Oversee the complete order process, including delivery and invoicing.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders to meet customer expectations.
Sales Activities:
Participate in weekly sales team meetings to determine individual and team sales tasks.
Execute sales tasks in parallel with sales administration duties.
Focus on 70% route sales and 30% new sales to maintain and expand the customer base.
Establish and maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers.
Respond promptly to customer needs, especially in cases of stock-outs and urgent requirements.

Job Requirements

Sales experience in the textile industry (the following are examples)
Apparel industry (primarily clothing manufacturing)
Apparel subsidiary industry (manufacture of accessories and subsidiary materials necessary for the manufacture of clothing)

Examples: fasteners, buttons, labels, etc.

Apparel textile trading companies (trading companies that handle textile raw materials and fabrics, and develop, import, export, and distribute products)
Others, e.g., hat manufacturing, glove manufacturing, underwear manufacturing, bags, shoes (sneakers, pumps), blankets, curtains, etc.
Japanese eqeuivalent N2 or English (intermediate) for internal communications.
Personality (good at building good relationships with customers and communicating frequently)
