Supervision and Ensuring Efficient Operations:

• Monitor the operations of rooftop solar projects to ensure continuous and optimal system performance.
• Detect errors, report them, and coordinate with the troubleshooting team to resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze the root causes of incidents, propose solutions to improve system efficiency, and collaborate with related departments for implementation.

Maintenance and Equipment Management:

• Develop periodic maintenance plans as per contracts with contractors.
• Supervise contractors during maintenance, monitor progress, inspect, and approve completed work.
• Perform installation, repair, replacement, and warranty tasks for damaged equipment as needed.
• Manage equipment, tools, and materials required for maintenance tasks.

Project Construction Management:

• Oversee construction teams to ensure the project meets quality, safety, risk, and timeline objectives.
• Assign tasks at the construction site to ensure safe execution and compliance with approved quality standards.
• Monitor material deliveries and usage at the site, ensuring strict control over resources.
• Prepare daily site plans and submit daily and weekly progress reports.

Project Completion:

• Ensure the system is thoroughly tested upon completion, compile a list of pending tasks, and provide contractors with corrective action guidelines.
• Monitor the resolution process to ensure adherence to required standards.

Reporting and Other Duties:

• Provide timely reports upon detecting issues, including root cause analysis and recommended solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the solar energy sector.
Education: Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields.
Skills:

• Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create short-term (weekly, monthly) and long-term (quarterly, yearly) plans.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.

Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
Other Requirements:

• Willing to travel for extended periods or reside at project locations as required.
• Open to learning and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
