Job Title: Senior Backend Java Developer

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Senior Backend Java Developer who will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying backend services. You will focus on creating scalable, high-availability systems with low latency. Your expertise will be essential in solving complex technical and business problems while working within a dynamic and agile team.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a strong emphasis on scalability, high availability, and low latency.

· Implement and manage microservices architecture, ensuring efficient and effective communication between services.

· Lead the delivery of changes by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements, while identifying potential solutions within an agile framework.

· Solve complex technical challenges and business problems, and stay updated on new technologies and frameworks.

· Collaborate with the team to take full ownership of the features developed, from initial design through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.

· Be accountable for the full product lifecycle—build it, own it, and continuously improve it.

Requirements:

Must-have:

· A pragmatic mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.

· Several years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and general-purpose programming languages.

· Proficient in database and schema design for large-scale applications.

· Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven architecture using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, etc.

· Adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic, continuously changing environment.

· Strong collaboration skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

· English fluently (Strong English listening and speaking skills)

· Experience with AWS services

Nice to Have:

· Tools such as Ansible, Packer, Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes (K8s).

· Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

· Experience in the banking, financial, or logistics sectors.
