We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Recruiter with 2 to 4 years experience to join our team!!
Instafun.io is a mobile games company founded in 2015 and based in Hong Kong & China with 40+ fulltime staff creating fun and innovative casual games for the US and English Markets. The company is now opening a new studio (self run and independent) in Ho Chi Minh City! We self develop and publish on the iOS and Android App Stores.
Responsibilities
- Screen CVs from job boards and record data into internal tracker;
- Call 30+ qualified candidate per week to to take test and confirm information such as work experience, expected salary, gap year, education, etc;
- Achieve KPI targets (minimum candidates calls per week and minimum tests completed per month);
- Participate in offer;
- Onboarding / Offboarding;
- Probation Review;

- University Degree;
- Bachelor’s in English, Fluent in English, IELT 7+, TOEIC 750+ or equivalent;
- 2+ years working experience;
- 2+ years experience in Recruitment;
