2) Endeavoring to show goodwill and good responsibility over working and creating good atmosphere with fellow workers.

3) Directly reporting and discussing to Assistant Chief Engineer / Supervisors regarding any problems to air cons, ventilation system, chiller system or refrigeration equipment/ ice machines in the building. Generally, Air con technician’s responsibilities are including the tasks as follows:

- Observing all safety rules in work.

- Taking the responsibility of maintaining and repairing all out of order air cons/ ventilation units, chiller system and refrigeration equipment/ ice machines of the hotel.

- Ensuring all work order requests on air con/ refrigeration field is completely taking care (for shift works).

- Taking good care of all tools /materials/ machines using for work

- Notifying his immediate supervisor of any problems happen to material/ tools/ machinery use.

- Assisting his fellow workers if necessary and possible.

- Daily operating, maintaining and fixing the chiller system as well as ventilation/ air con system/ refrigeration equipment and ice machines in the building. Solving daily work order requests on air-con/ refrigeration field is also part of their responsibility.

- Keeping his working places clean and tidy

4) Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

5) Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
