Company Overview: Join our dynamic team, where we prioritize quality and excellence in our business application development. We are in search of a dedicated Business Application QA Analyst who will ensure our applications meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness.

• Requirement Understanding:
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand application requirements and design.
• Test Planning & Strategy:
  • Develop detailed test plans and strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Design and implement automated tests where applicable.
• Test Automation in a DevOps Environment:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate test automation into deployment processes.
  • Ensure automated tests are executed during the CI/CD process and any failures are addressed promptly.
• Test Execution:
  • Execute test cases, ensuring the application's performance, reliability, and stability.
  • Identify, log, and prioritize defects and inconsistencies.
• Quality Control:
  • Review the software development process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the development and DevOps teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain documentation of test results, and provide regular updates on quality metrics.
  • Analyze and report on any patterns or trends in software defects.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with new testing tools, test strategies, and best practices in a DevOps environment.
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps development processes.
