• Create and maintain good relationships with the entire Project Management Board;
• Monitor, arrange documents, internal revenue and expenditure of assigned projects;
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders;
• Preparation of logistics for Project Manager;
• Translating and interpreting for the managers; Translate incoming and outgoing dispatches, documents and records, conversations, meetings when required;
• Proper handle communication between Project Manager with Internal and External customers/clients/colleagues;
• Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events;
• Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups;
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; candidates with background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred;
• Able to traveland work on site;
• Fluent in English 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated ability to work with extremely confidential information, to engage and to interact with the VIP stakeholders within country and abroad;

Technical And Professional Skills

• Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Have good communication, coordination and presentation skills;
• Attention to detail and meticulousness;
• High level of concentration and patience;
• Willingness to learn and adapt well;
• Proactive and able to work under high pressure.

Salary: competitive
