Control all maintenance activities for Binh Duong Factory and Distribution Center Warehouse on fire alarm/ firefighting system, electrical power supply, forklift trucks and all machines of the paint production process. More details as below:

• Plan to complete all PM (Preventive Maintenance) tasks within scope of work,
• Assign PM tasks/ work orders to helpers and control work quality,
• Control and complete all activities on IFS system (Software for Maintenance),
• Control spare parts store and ensure that all key spare parts as scope of work is available and within min/ max levels,
• Control and fix all issues related to scope of work,
• Implement the breakdown analysis to find out the root cause on each issue,
• Control on work quality and HSE of maintenance services from contractors,
• Implement the breakdown analysis to find out the root cause on each issue and follow up action plans for until complete,
• Support the Group and Regional audits and assessment,
• Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager.

• University graduate with technical background in Electricity,
• At least 5 years of experience in the related fields/ industries and having experience on working with foreign-invested and production companies is preferable,
• Knowledge and experience with fire alarm/ firefighting system/ Ex-equipment/ electrical system/ AutoCAD/ ISO/ CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system)/ HSEQ (Health – Safety – Environment – Quality), 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance),
• Knowledge and understanding about NFPA (The National Fire Protection Association) is a plus,
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English,
• Good problem-solving skills and familiar with using tools to find root causes such as fishbone and 05 Whys,
• High level of ownership, initiative, responsibility, strong integrity, hardworking and positive attitude,
• Desire to learn and ability to work under high pressure,
• Proactive approach and result focus,
• Quick adaptability to a dynamic, professional, and changing environment.
