• Providing after-sales customer services for client (including licensing support)
• Assisting clients with supporting documents for environmental, firefighting, and fit-out permits upon move-in to guarantee compliance with company and government standards.
• Coordinating with the Sales Department and other departments to fulfill the targeted product and service handover timeline.
• Keeping track of client inquiries and requests and following up to guarantee a response within the timeframe indicated.
• Recording client requests and follow-up activities in a database system.
• Working closely with the Sales Department to proactively identify potential issues.
• Building a positive relationship with local authorities.
• Maintaining good ties with current clients.
• Creating a weekly customer service report.
• Performing a planned customer satisfaction survey.
• Other duties as assigned.
