•To assist the FBM in administrative jobs and work closely with the income audit in the accounting office such as :

- Maintaining all payments records & forms as prescribed by the hotel policies & procedures.

- Check all F&B forms given to FC department with EVALPACK procedures, such as all ENT, OC, VOIDS and DISCOUNTS.

- Ensuring that she schedules herself to be available and on duty during peak period (frequently opening & closing the operation).

- Attending various F&B meetings such as F&B department meeting, Banquet meeting Outlet

meeting etc.

- Operating PCs (computer literate).

- Control all VAT bills and room bills one by one with the captain order and send to income audit

- To be responsible for the security and upkeep of all files.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To know how to operate the hotel’s computer, PC and typewriter.

• To keep her updated about new computer related software, which might be used for F&B outlets related matters.

• To be responsible for good order (tidiness) of the F&B cashier.

• To answer and direct calls in a suitable manner.
