Job overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Management team at Kobizo. This role will serve as the critical link between clients and development teams, ensuring successful project delivery. This role demands a blend of technical understanding, exceptional communication, and strong project management skills to lead software development projects from inception to completion, managing client expectations, timelines, budgets, and resources while navigating the complexities of distributed teams and diverse client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assistance of project management
• Supervision and processing of work packages within projects
• Organization, execution, technical support
• Creation of time schedules and tracking of project work and tasks
• Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external purposes in English.
• Participation and taking over of meetings with project partners, clients
• Presentation of technical work results to internal and external partners
• Assisting in development of new research topics for funded and internal projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Elaboration and request for offers

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience: Junior, Mid, Senior
• Skills:

1. Excellent proficiencies in working with MS Office or Google Suite
2. Good presentation and project management skills
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Experience with project management software tools
