1. Directs and controls all tee sheet reservations.

2. Directs and controls all registration and check out of members and guests.

3. Coordinates with supervisors/purchasing dept on the timely ordering and delivery of merchandise.

4. Control Merchandise and Assist Director of Golf in making plan to order merchandise properly.

5. Direct displaying and upselling merchandise

6. Ensure all daily reporting to do with cash/credit takings is correct and as per policy

7. Attend and conduct dept meeting on a regular basis.

8. Liaise with other dept to ensure smooth flow of the customer experience.

9. Check and facilitate staff weekly/monthly roster for staffs under your control including annual leave.

10. Formulate and carry out new and ongoing training programs for staff under your control.

11. Ensure staffs are in position on time and remain there via supervision.

12. Assist with official club events in the organization and execution of such events.

13. Assists the Director of Golf primarily then the Club Manager with tasks as and when required.

14. Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries.

15. Always maintain and protect the clubs private information that you have access to.

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful, service-minded, and approachable personality.
• Proven ability in sales and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or retail operations, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
