We are currently looking for a senior candidate who will work as a Project Sales Executive to join our Korean Project team. This position requires extensive experience in project sales, specifically in the field of systems air conditioning and commercial air conditioning. Product: VRF (System Airconditioner), Chiller, AHU, BMS.
Description:
• Identify and create new business opportunities in the market.
• Manage key accounts and develop special caring programs to strengthen relationships with customers, including contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to ensure product specification.
• Establish relationships with contractors to secure projects.
• Follow up and negotiate with customers to ensure timely payment, collaborating with the Finance team as needed.
• Expand the sales network by acquiring new customers and partners.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress reports to the team leader.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and gather relevant information.
• Manage stock inventory.
• Handle documentation tasks such as contracts, payments, deliveries, and approvals.
