• Mục đích/ Job purpose:

- Oversee work scheduling, material consumption, and production/engineering expenses; prepare reports to meet departmental KPIs and objectives, and arrange training sessions as needed.

- Manage machinery spare parts control, ensure accurate maintenance records, and implement efficient maintenance systems; submit reports on time.

- Ensure suppliers provide appropriate equipment and repair services at competitive prices; analyze and control related expenditures.

• TRÁCH NHIỆM & HOẠT ĐỘNG CHÍNH/ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. Material & Inventory Control

- Determine material, tool, accessory, and spare part needs based on production and machine plans.

- Order, monitor, and follow up on materials, spare parts, and consumables.

- Manage stock levels, including spare part stock, and coordinate with suppliers/providers for timely delivery.

2. Production & Maintenance Coordination

- Support daily production activities, control rework/waste, and follow up on KPIs.

- Plan, track, and execute machine maintenance, including SAP updates and work orders.

- Coordinate with technicians, shift leaders, and suppliers/providers to ensure smooth operations and timely problem-solving.

3. Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and submit production & engineering reports (expenses, maintenance, KPIs).

- Handle purchasing, invoicing, and documentation for finance/accounting.

- Manage HR-related reports (attendance, leave, OT) and support ISO/training documentation.
