Reporting To: General Manager
Dotted line to Marketing Specialist
Database maintenance
• Update and collect market information to create the Newsletter redaction and distribute to respective departments
• Go shopping & observe market movements on dedicated segment(s) – launches/re-launches through all means available (physical stores, online stores, websites, social network, blogs, etc.) to understand consumer’s need
• Input Product picture database
Analyse products and consumer data
• Conduct Desk research based on requested project
• Analyze said movements on various marketing criteria (image, colour, price, claim, ingredients, etc.) as well as olfactive criteria.
• Assist in holding the tasting session and summarize the feedback each half year to see any potential for market.
• Capture new trends and generate new ideas.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education / Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Food Technology, or related fields
Experience
At least 02 years experiences to work in FMCGs such as Marketing, Market Research or similar roles
Preferred: FMCGs about Food and Beverage
Required skills
• Good at Microsoft Office (especially Power Point, Excel)
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Good at English communication
• High attention to details, high sense of urgency situation.
• Good analytical skills
• Have an eye for aesthetics to design labels
Other Requirements
• Committed to confidentiality
• Good time management skill, able to work under pressure, heavy workloads, and tight deadlines
• Positive thinking and eager to learn new things
