Recruitment & Selection

• Updates the recruitment status report on a weekly basis from the Personnel Requisition Form of HODs including permanent and casual staff
• Handles manning requests from department
• Advertising - get the job descriptions and personnel specifications, prepare job advertisements and suggest how and where jobs will be advertised and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures, posters, notices
• Maintains the JD database
• Corrects and timely places internal and external advertisements
• Implements recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, conduct pre-screening interviews, language tests and personality questionnaires as required
• In charge of pre-onboarding and onboarding process for newcomers
• Is responsible for candidate reference check
• Is responsible of the employee recruitment from receiving Personnel Requisition phase until hiring confirmation
• Updates the staff notice board information
• Support HR members with staff activities
• Maintain confidential at all times on all matters

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent.
• Good level of English
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
