Mô Tả Công Việc
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the work of a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Monitor progress and quality of work and provide feedback and direction to team members.
- Liaise with other departments, managers, and clients as necessary.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and arrange for appropriate training to be delivered.
- Keep up to date with developments in engineering and technology.
- Plan and implement changes, improvements, and new initiatives.
- Investigate potential problems, recommend solutions, write reports and documentation.
- Supervise the work of contractors and consultants!
- In conjunction with Production to Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades. Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
- In charge of New product’s development
- Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
- University degree in Industry Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Production & Manufacturing management or Factory Manager in metals/stainless steel products’ manufacturing.
- Fluent English & be skill in using MS Office.
- Experience in Pro/Engineer is a must; AutoCAD, Solid Work knowledge is also required. Engineering knowledge on Marine industry is essential.
- Strong leadership quality, good management skill, time management skill, good planning skill & good in communication and widening relationship. Managing people in challenging environment
- Budget management Experience.
- Handle Complexity and Pressure.
- Willing to handle multi tasks
- Age: from 35-45
