The Position
We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love As a Regional Customer Partner Lead. you will manage Sales team and develop business of the Mature Market of Northern region and coordinate with and support local distributors to provide best services to the end-customers.

The Position
We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love As a Regional Customer Partner Lead. you will manage Sales team and develop business of the Mature Market of Northern region and coordinate with and support local distributors to provide best services to the end-customers.
Your Opportunity
- Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales in the assigned territory
- Oversee all necessary commercial activities to fulfill strategic objectives
- Develop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue potential
- Product Knowledge: Ensure good understanding the product portfolio and competitive advantages of the products
- Develops and leverages relationships with the leadership of key/strategic customers to deliver value-based solutions and achieve business results
- Tender Management: establishes priorities in the hospitals/groups with product listing for tender submission
- Apply existing marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups
- Conduct presentations at small and medium customer sites and work with marketing for key account sites
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and develop a long term strategy how to grow business in key accounts
- Identify and seize opportunities for new business in existing (increase Roche share) and new customers
- Represent Vietnam in regional initiatives, projects and meetings as assigned by senior management
- Work closely with Service and Applications to understand potential issues at the customer and work together to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Upskill DSMs and Sales Reps in their team and ensure high performance spirit among the team
- Have Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology University Degree
- Have Good commercial understanding and understanding of Diagnostics buying cycle
- Have Sales experience in related industries is required
- Supervisory/Managerial experience is required
- Languages: Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
- Have creative Problem Solving and Negotiation Skill
- Have Customer Complaint Handling Skill
- Have Leadership and Coaching Skill

Hoạt động của Movitel bắt đầu sau khi thắng thầu vào năm 2010 để hoạt động như một công ty viễn thông di động khác tại thị trường Mozambique.
