A. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect with a strong background in managing large-scale projects, particularly in hospitality and high-rise commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource tracking, sub-consultant coordination, weekly progress documentation, and project closeout processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design and execution of architectural projects, including design studies, technical reports, drawing designs, specifications, and cost estimates, as required by the Line Manager.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (C&S, M&E, QS) and external consultants throughout all stages of design (concept, schematic, detailed, and construction) to ensure the production of high-quality reports, presentations for clients, authority submissions (e.g., PCCC), and construction specifications.

Supervise architectural works, ensuring compliance with contract documentation, quality control, and effective site management. This includes tender evaluations, contractor supervision, and documenting correspondence, site visits, and audits.

Manage and mentor a team of architects and drafting staff to support the execution of design activities, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

Maintain regular communication with client representatives to establish priorities, work schedules, and progress updates.

Coordinate with contractors to monitor project progress, address client queries, and deliver project updates in a timely manner.

Ensure familiarity with industry best practices and compliance with relevant Vietnamese and international design standards.

Proactively identify and report potential commercial opportunities to support business development efforts and promote the company’s activities.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Architect with a focus on hospitality and high-rise commercial projects.

Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, project management, and construction processes.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills.

In-depth understanding of relevant local and international design standards and regulations.
