Mô Tả Công Việc
We are searching for 1 Database Administrator (MySQL). The job will perform the following tasks:
SETUP & OPERATING TASK:
- Build database systems of high availability and quality;
- Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses;
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity;
- Debug and troubleshoot database problems;
MONITORING TASK:
- Monitoring database system performance and identifying problems that arise;
- Reporting on metrics regarding usage and performance of database;
- Responding in a timely manner to user-reported database's errors;
MANAGING TASK:
- Managing database access and permissions;
- Protecting the database against threats or unauthorized access;
- Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans for database;
- Ensuring that the database is adequately backed up and able to be recovered;
OPTIMIZING TASK:
- Suggesting changes and improvements for database performance, queries, maintenance or protection;
- Regularly liaising with IT project managers and database programmers;
- Designing databases with both front-end and back-end users in mind

Requirements
* Job Requirements:
- Work Experience: 3-4years
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field;
- Advanced certification as an MySQL 8.0 Database Administrator, MySQL 5.7 Database Administrator is advantageous;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a database administrator;
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MySQL;
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly organized and responsible;
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Up-to-date with trends and developments in database administration;
- Experience in database optimization such as: SQL Tuning, Partition - tables, Indexes, Partition Index...;
- Experience in working with big data is advantageous;

*Remuneration Package
- Salary: Competitive with lucrative add-ons (based on skills and experience);
- Make up allowance $50 for female staff every month;
- Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Bonus : Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months salary) and performance bonus once a year (equivalent up to 3months salary)
- Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code;
- Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
- Other benefits container as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law;
