- Promptly report any problems and issues for proper operation, especially in case of material shortage or excess inventory.
- Communicate with concerned group or team to solve issue.
- Follow and maintain company procedure to keep and handle materials / products properly.
- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including controlling expiration date of materials.
- KAIZEN and improvement.
- Manage warehouse operation from material receiving to product shipping in relation with logistics, purchasing, inspection, production control, and production department.
- Make a purchasing plan and issue purchase requests to ensure requirement of production.
- Control quantity and quality of materials, tools and accessories.
- Prepare report and analyze data of material control status.
- Observe and inspect the production plan and material back order status to keep proper quantity of safety stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on- time delivery.

- Good at communication in English
- Having 1- 2 year experience in equivalent position is preferred.
- University graduation.
- Apply CV in English.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...).
- Skills of analysis, evaluation, team work, positive, careful, patient, honest
- Current address in Hung Yen is preferred.
