II. Job description
* Implementing all works on import/export equipment, spare parts.
- Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarder to do the custom work in order getting smoothly.
- Sending data to Customs / Vietnam registration department, and do workings, report related to import /export.
- Any other jobs related to Im-Export as being required
* Implementing all works on purchase spare parts in Vietnam for Mechanic department.
- Check price, make purchase order, check handover minute, receive invoice …
- Following, collect all documents relating to payment for supplier and submit to Accountant department.
