- Check processes and supervise the implementation of regular maintenance processes for operational facilities and machines
- Develop periodic control and maintenance plans
- Develop inventory plans and manage spare parts availability
- Develop a Preventive Maintenance plan
- Check the process and supervise the implementation of the repair process when damage occurs
- Check the process and supervise the implementation of the continuous machine condition checking process
* Administration
- Data input to the system for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Report/documentation of troubleshooting
- Communication between shift member
Communication with other department
* Managerial/Non Managerial
- Apply innovation and improvement in each flow process
- Develop knowledge and skill according to function and job level
- Share knowledge and expertise to other employee to support creation of high performance organization
- Propose the needs of each process according to work field
- Implement performance management system programs, risk management systems and good corporate governance in accordance with the function and field of work of the position.
