We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Medical Communication Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and strengthening Pocari Sweat's reputation as a rehydration solution within the medical community.
I. MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop and implement impactful communication strategies to educate healthcare professionals about Pocari Sweat’s unique formulation and its role in optimal rehydration.
- Partner with other departments and divisions to translate complex scientific data into clear and compelling messaging for healthcare professionals.
- Manage the development and deployment of educational materials, including presentations, case studies, and brochures, adhering to strict regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Healthcare professionals engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with key personnel at pharmacies, hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare organizations to secure permission for Pocari Sweat activities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, symposia, and workshops to engage with healthcare professionals and build brand awareness within the medical community.
- Education and training: Collaborate with medical professionals to educate them about the appropriate use of Pocari Sweat in cases like fever, dengue fever, diarrhea, and other relevant health conditions. Provide training sessions and encourage them to recommend Pocari Sweat in suitable cases to patients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical field to leverage their expertise for Pocari Sweat's communication initiatives.
- Permission Acquisition: Work closely with hospital administration to obtain necessary permissions for organizing activities and promotional campaigns within medical facilities.
- Analyze data and reports to track the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
