II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for overseeing all the processes involved in acquiring the products, materials, goods and services needed for efficient factory operations with good quality, on time delivery, right quantity and competitive cost

III. MAIN DUTIES
*Weekly:
- Review work of procurement department/ pending tasks
- Selection and evaluation new suppliers for complex items
- Request for quotation, tendering
- Negotiate price with supplier, contract terms, contract propose
- Ordering strategy to optimize all factors: cost efficiency, quality, service and delivery time and propose to manager level
- PO checking and approval
- Contract proposing and checking
- Payment request checking and approval
- Delivery follow up (import shipment, and big project)
- Import Custom responsibility
- Follow up and claim supplier about issue, feedback to supplier about issue, performance
- Review forecast, demand, analysis market trend and provide recommendation strategy
- Meeting: internal, suppliers
- Issue solving
- Respond and provide information to concerned department, regional, and corporate
- Supplier evaluation and orient for supplier to improve performance
- Scrap management

*Monthly:
- Analyze the market trend and give appropriate strategy to Management
- Training staff, give guideline and instruction
- Evaluate staff performance, to give them improvement and development
- Saving strategy and report saving result to regional
- Report material and purchasing status and Procurement KPI
