II. MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB PURPOSE
Responsibility ensures the quality and compliance of products during various stages of the manufacturing process.
III. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN DUTIES
**In-Process Monitoring
• Conduct routine checks and inspections during different stages of the production process to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Utilize laboratory equipment for analytical to assess the physical, and chemical, attributes of materials and in-process samples.
**Data Analysis
• Collect and analyze data from in-process controls to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to interpret data and make recommendations for process improvements.
**Quality Testing
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in the development and updating of quality control protocols.
** Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall product quality.
** Continuous Improvement
• Participate in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting activities.
** Documentation
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of in-process control activities, test results, and any deviations observed.
• Generate reports summarizing quality control findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
** Safety Practices
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the laboratory.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
**Troubleshooting
• Investigate and address any discrepancies or non-conformities in collaboration with production and quality assurance team leader.
• Propose corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree: Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Quality Control staff at a laboratory In Process Control.
• Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau.
• Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally.
• Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoints).
• Able to use English.
• Able to work in shift (3 shift) (Shift 1: [protected info]; Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00; Shift 3: 22:00 - 06:00), average 44 hours/week.Thưởng
