1. SAP System Implementation & Maintenance

• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or other relevant modules based on business needs.
• Ensure proper integration of SAP with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Work closely with SAP consultants, vendors, and internal teams for upgrades and new implementations.

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve SAP-related technical issues and system errors.
• Provide first-level and second-level SAP support to business users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.

3. Business Process Optimization & Support

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend SAP best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans for new configurations and system changes.
• Document business processes, SAP configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

4. User Training & Documentation

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Data Management & Security

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within SAP systems.
• Manage user roles, authorizations, and access control settings.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with finance, procurement, production, and other business units to align SAP functionalities with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on SAP trends, innovations, and new features to enhance business operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in SAP implementation, support, and administration (experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, or specific modules is a plus).

·       Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, etc.) and integration with other business processes.

·       Experience with SAP customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.

·       Understanding of ABAP programming is a plus.

·       Familiarity with SAP Basis, SAP security, and database management is beneficial.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with business users and IT teams.
