1. Financial Planning & Analysis

· Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.

· Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.

· Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.

2. Controlling & Cost Management

· Establish cost control measures and monitor financial KPIs.

· Ensure effective cost allocation and financial planning.

· Develop pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.

3. Accounting & Financial Reporting

· Oversee financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

· Manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

· Lead month-end and year-end closing, audits, and tax filings.

4. Budget & Cash Flow Management

· Manage budgets, ensuring efficient financial resource allocation.

· Monitor cash flow, secure funding, and manage banking relationships.

· Identify and mitigate financial risks related to liquidity and investments.

5. Compliance & Internal Controls

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.

· Implement strong internal controls to prevent fraud and misstatements.

· Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with auditors.

6. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

· Advise senior management with financial insights.

· Work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

· Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

7. Team Leadership & Development

· Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Provide training, mentorship, and process improvements.

8. Investment & Financial Strategy

· Manage funding, investments, and financial risks.

· Support system implementations and financial process enhancements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Bachelor's/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

·       CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.

·       Strong experience in financial management and controlling.

·       Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance.

·       Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

·       Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
