· Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for plastic materials. Develop long-term supplier partnerships to ensure reliability and competitiveness.

· Cost & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.

· Market & Risk Analysis: Monitor global market trends, raw material prices, and supply chain risks to develop procurement strategies.

· Quality & Compliance: Ensure suppliers meet quality, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH).

· Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Work with production, logistics, and engineering teams to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.

· Sustainability & Innovation: Drive sustainability initiatives, explore alternative materials, and support product development with innovative plastic sourcing solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

·       3-7 years of experience in procurement or commodity management, specifically in plastics.

·       Strong knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.

·       Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.

·       Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and procurement tools.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
