Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR management in the Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.
• Oversee employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Participate in HR projects and strategic planning as required.
• Provide support to management on HR-related issues and policies.

Qualifications:

• Citizenship or Work Permit in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English can be used as a working language.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese ,and can speak Chinese is a plus.
