Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives for our performance nutrition brands, with a strong focus on Digital marketing (Ads), event sponsorships, product launches and KOL activities. We are looking for someone with not only strong kills with traditional sales but also with account management skills.

This role plays a key part in brand growth, team collaboration, and campaign execution across Vietnam’s fitness and endurance sports communities. The Marketing Manager will be evaluated on campaign KPIs including brand awareness, ROAS, customer engagement, event success metrics, and contribution to sales growth

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

• Lead the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans.

• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution across all channels and partnerships.

2. Digital & Paid Media

• Manage digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

• Monitor and optimize ad performance (CPC, CPM, ROAS).

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize landing pages, product listings, and improve conversion rates (including SEO best practices).

• Manage CRM activities including email campaigns, segmentation, and retention strategies.

3. Content & Brand Communication

• Plan social content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• Oversee briefing and feedback process for visuals, videos, and copywriting to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.

• Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

4. Community & Influencer Engagement

• Manage KOL/athlete relationships, track performance.

• Organize community activation events and brand partnerships.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.

• Directly manage and coach a small marketing team (2–3 members), ensuring high performance and clear prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related field.

• 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in sports, nutrition, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp, and Canva is preferred.
