Human Resources

• Develop, plan, and cultivate the Human Resources Strategies to ensure they meet the needs of the company at each stage.
• Establish and refine the organizational structure, functional duties, and job descriptions for positions basing on company's requirements at each stage.
• Develop and improve HR systems (policies, regulations, rules...) to ensure alignment with the company's operational direction and compliance with current laws (Tax, Insurance...).
• Develop and implement reward and incentive activities to create motivation and a connected working environment.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPIs).
• Develop and assess the competencies of the workforce (Competency Framework).
• Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure the adequate supply of human resources in terms of both quality and quantity to support the company’s production and business activities.
• Develop and implement training strategies to ensure that the company's personnel have the necessary skills and competencies to meet job requirements.
• Develop plans and control the budget for the Human Resources and Administration Department
• Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives to foster a connected and happy working environment.
• Work with state management agencies on matters related to Human Resources and Administration.

Administration

• Monitor and continuously improve the quality of services related to administration.

Social Responsibility

• Develop and implement a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) evaluation system to meet the company’s certification requirements.
• Monitor and support the updating of CSR activities at subcontractor systems.

Other Responsibilities

• Carry out other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
