Mô tả công việc

Translate written documents, emails, and communication materials from Korean to English/Vietnamese and vice versa.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and guest interactions.
Assist Korean-speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution to ensure an exceptional experience.
Support recruitment, training, and HR-related activities requiring Korean language skills.
Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism in all translations.
Work closely with different departments to support operational needs where Korean language skills are required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
Previous experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Service-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
