Mô tả Công việc
- Understand and implement the company regulations, policies, and procedures related to FSQ standards. Create, review, and update specification documents if needed.
- Perform a key role in supplier visits to evaluate their performance and make reports on non-conformities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions following Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) plan.
- Be responsible for regulatory reviews and inspections from authorized bodies.
- Collect, analyze and report FSQ data; create checklists to measure FSQ impacts on the changes in materials, packaging, processes, products, etc., and identify rooms for improvement
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on newest FSQ standards and procedures
- Control documents for FSQ-related matters
- Maintain FSQ-related records by conducting document management procedures
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate from Food-related majors
- At least 04 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the FnB/ FMCG industry
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISSO 22000, FSSC 22000)
- Experience in risk management methodologies, quality control testing, and action plans.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills, multitasking skills.
- Fluent English
