• Co-ordinate the supervision and control of the Reservations’ operational procedures.
• Engage in receiving, processing and confirming guests’ room reservations.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage time and work priorities.

• Take charge of the systematic and orderly filing of reservations correspondence and other documents.
• Prepare the compilation of statistical data regarding reservations as requested by the Management.
• Keep the AGM informed of all developments in reservations.
• Assist in the review of work methods and procedures in reservations; recommend changes to improve the quality of work accordingly. 
• Ensure all reservation requests are answered in a timely and accurate manner with at least a 24-hour turnaround.
• Monitor the status of Group Reservations.
  
• Enter and maintain accurate company/VIP records.
• Cultivate contacting with travel agents, booking agents, etc with the objective of increasing room sales.
• Responsible for the efficient running of the department within the requirements of the budget.
• Ensure the staff follow correct procedures in dealing with all bookings.
• Responsible for the optimum yield of the hotel by achieving highest possible balance of occupancy and room rate.

Education: A diploma or degree qualification.

Fluency in oral and written English

Experience: Previous hotel-related experience

Other:

Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Showing strong initiative and creative skills.

Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination.
